Ashley is wonderful. Professional and warm, she has now cleaned my carpets twice and they come out looking like new. One of my cats treats the hall like his box for #2 (fortunately not pee). When Ashley has been here you'd never know. As a client, she treats me like a person, not just an appointment on her schedule. These days that's not as common as it used to be.
The Oxi Clean system is thorough and reliable. The fact that it is pet safe is also important in our household.
I would be quite willing to recommend the company and Ashley to prospective clients.
