The associate was very personable and knowledgeable. He put extra effort into removing a stain that has been there for two years and was able to remove . In all rooms the carpets were dry within 4 hrs.

I gave Oxi-Fresh a 9/10 rating. Nothing is perfect and thus 10/10 rating are unrealistic as it would signify no room for improvement. I was happy with my service which is why I invited them back into my home.
