Price was right , The young man who did the cleaning " Micheal " personable and helpful as in helping to move 2 couches.
Carpet looks good and I'll probably do it again next spring with them..

Jack (the owner) arrived on time at 7AM (on a Saturday morning!!), was professional, explained everything to us, and helped us understand the process. We were delighted with the outcome...our home smells clean and fresh (we had some pet odors before) and the carpet looks fantastic! We will definitely be calling him back to care for our carpets going forward!

My carpet looked really clean, it was quick and dried quickly, so was able to move my furniture back quickly. The thing i was disappointed in was that when it was time to pay I had budgeted to use my credit card and was told that he doesn't take credit cards. He then made a big deal out of how no one used them so it wasn't worth it. None of that made a difference to me, i had budgeted to use it and now had to use my household money to pay for it. I was quite upset over it, he told me if i wanted to???? that i could take $15.00 off for my trouble, but when i went to write the check and ask how much he told me the full amount, i asked about the $15.00 and he said well if you want to??? that was very unprofessional to me. other then that my carpets are nice and I would use them again, the only thing is when i tried to give him a referral he basically told me he wasn't takeing any new clients. i have a friend that was going to use you, he didn't offer any alternative for me, just to call in a few months and talk to who purchaased his franchise. that was disappointing to not be anymore helpful.
