The technician was helpful and did all he could to get the stains and odor out of the carpet. It wasn't possible to get everything out of the old worn out carpet but it looks much better. We are so grateful for the timely and helpful service.

The carpet technician was very nice, punctual and did a great job! The stains from the carpet were all removed and, before leaving, he made sure we were happy with the job he did. Definitely will be calling back in the future to get my carpet cleaned.
