The cleaners were were prompt, and very agreeable. Maybe I just didn't understand the procedure. It only took the two of them to do the entire job. 2+ rooms. I was hoping the stains (some of them a few years old) would come out of the Berber (light colored carpet). And some of them did, but maybe I didn't understand the procedure. Justin from the Bellevue location cleaned my son's rugs before he moved in. Justin explained the whole method, proceeded to do a wonderful job. He was friendly, competent, and thorough. I love how the rugs dry in a couple of hours instead of days. I would highly recommend Oxyfresh to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned. RL. - 08/21/2019
