The appointment scheduling process was fairly easy. We ended up needing to try to change the date of our service and we were able to accomplish the reschedule easily. The technician, Noah, arrived on time, was friendly, kind, efficient, and professional. He did a great job on our carpets, showed respect for our home and possessions, explained the process including what he was doing, how it worked, and what we should expect, and was delightful and pleasant in his interactions. We would definitely choose Oxi Fresh again, would recommend, and would request Noah as his service was exceptional.

Everything was great. communication, timeliness, quick, he did a good job.
Honestly the requesting a tip at the end was a total turn off. This is an awkward thing to ask someone while standing in their home and I dont feel tipping is appropriate on an expensive job like carpet cleaning. I have asked several friends their opinion on it and the same thing was said. Tipping is not appropriate on a service carpet cleaning. 20% of $220.00?
If a homeowner wanted to tip- they could pay cash. Homeowners should not have to click how much tip or if no tip right in front of the person wanting the tip standing 1 foot away.
