Ramone was the person that cleaned our carpeting. He came on time, was very professional and cordial. He finished in the time frame he said he would and answered all my quetsions. A real pleasure to work with. I think he went above and beyond my expectations. I have been very happy with the results of the cleaning. I had some pretty tough areas that needed it and they all look so much better. There is just one spot on a landing of the stairs that did not come as clean as the rest of the carpet. One of the reasons that I chose Oxy Fresh is because of the claim that it would dry in 1 hour. It really was not all or completely dry until the next morning.* (My appointment was at noon.) This maybe was because Ramone did give the stubborn areas an extra dose and scrub. The extra drying time was not an issue for me however. I was really impressed with how easy it was to schedule and get my estimate online which ended up being spot-on with the final payment. I was also amazed at how soon I could get this done. The process was so easy that I called the morning of to be sure that I was still scheduled. Thank you Oxy Fresh. I will definitely call you again.
