the first time I used you guys you got out every red mark and all the dirty spots - it was amazing. This time, in a different place on different carpet, you got out the red spots and SOME of the dirty spots but there were several that were only slightly lessened - they were still dark. That was disappointing - especially since the first time you all came out the work you did was amazing. I asked for the same technician but you said he didn't work for you anymore. That's too bad cuz he was awesome. The technician that came out the second time was very nice but the results just weren't the same. MP. - Chesapeake, VA - 12/20/2025
