Oh my goodness I could not ask for a better technician or outcome. We were in an emergency and WES came over on short notice and a Saturday no less. He not only did a superb job of cleaning and sanitizing the bedroom carpet he followed through with rooms and walkways. The stairs looked amazing!!!
Not only did he clean carpets but he talked with me about aging issues and things I could be doing that might make things easier. I know that wasn't in his job description but I truly appreciated the extra time he took which was significant!

Wes did a fantastic job. Clean and sanitized and it was left completely dry in most areas.
I like that Wes took the time and didn't mind talking while he worked. That little bit made ALL the difference in the world to me.
