I asked for the carpets to be cleaned but there is still traffic marks all throughout the floor. I feel I could have vacuumed and got the same result. Not happy with the results.

The representative that did my carpet cleaning was the best part of the experience. He was amazing because he took the time to do the job very well, and then took more time to dry it out for me. Last time I had it done, they told me they don’t use a lot of liquids and it should be dry within 2 to 3 hours. It was a full day before it was dry, so I really appreciated that he had blowers with him and dried it out and it looks beautiful.

Accommodated same day service. Professional service with extra care to the rest of my home. Got rid of pet stain and added carpet protection for easy cleanups.

It wasn’t what I expected. It wasn’t unacceptable it was just different and I liked it. Plus my guy was great, no heavy up sell before he cleaned etc. he came in did the job efficiently and left, was very pleasant and respectful.
