My carpets had not been cleaned for 25 years and I did not think it was possible for them to become perfectly clean but they did! I was amazed--they looked like perfectly new!

I like the fact that you re-did the carpet a second time with an obviously better cleaner. I would like to recommend using the second cleaner to avoid re-dos for your customers and employees

Monte was right on time and did an exceptional job making our very old carpets look brand new. He was very accommodating with us adding on other rooms and deodorizing in certain areas after he arrived. Would definitely use this service again in the future.
