This was a very dirty carpet and they made it look great and clean. The stairs and basement were old and very dirty and it looks great.

Court was very prompt and thorough. He did a great job and our carpets looked new, better than expected! We will definitely call for his services again and couldn’t be happier. I’m not often wowed by today’s service levels out there and this was very refreshing!

Service is great. Court wanted to know if there was any areas that needed special attention. He is thoughtful, friendly, and called to let me know he was running a lilltle late and would let me know when he was on his way. I have used OXI before and will use them again. CBL
