These people are great. They show up on time, do an amazing job at a reasonable price. I have some rental properties and have used them in my home and in my rentals and they do amazing work. I haven't found a stain they can't get out and leave the carpet looking like new.

Just wanted to compliment SHANICE at EXTENSION 237 in headquarters who helped over the phone to answer questions I had about their service. It has been a stressful month for me and like pulling teeth when ever I called a company or doctors office of anywhere. SHANICE was so helpful, friendly, well-spoken , knowledgeable. This was a very dirty carpet and they made it look great and clean. The stairs and basement were old and very dirty and it looks great.
