When I made my online appointment, I specifically mentioned that I had pet stains/odors that I needed taken care of, along with the regular cleaning. When the technician arrived, he told me that the OxiFresh process would not take care of the pet areas. I still had him clean some areas that were not pet-affected. He did a great job on the cleaning, especially in the living room. After it dried, however, there were areas that were crunchy and some felt sticky. I called, and another technician is going to be sent out to do another rinse. Hopefully this will take care of the left-behind residue. VD. - Cottonwood Heights, UT - 06/30/2021
