We were unhappy to get a text a minute before our scheduled time letting us know he would be a half hour late, and shortly after arriving took a phone call so started much later than our appt. time. He did an amazing job though and our carpets look great!

Mark was very courteous and professional. With a dog living in the home, OXI products are the best. I know stains will come back on my carpet because it is very, very light and old. I am sure I will call again.
