My carpet was cleaned on 11/12/16. At first, I thought that the carpet looked great throughout my house after the representative had completed the cleaning process. However, 2 weeks later (this past weekend on 11/27/16) I started noticing a high traffic area in my livingroom looking pretty dark and matted like it wasn't cleaned to begin with or the cleaning solution he used did not fully get extracted causing dirt to build up on the fibers quickly. So, I used my Bissell Spot cleaner to the area and was shocked when I had filthy dark gray water in the waste reservoir. I did 3 additional sections in the same room that were 5-6 feet apart from the original spot and still pulled up the same filthy dark gray water. After spending $220 + tip, this is not the results I expect to see in a professional business that has outstanding rating/reviews. I have seen photos in the reviews and cannot believe that I ended up with such bad results. I do have photos that I took of the water for review but I do not intend on using Oxi Fresh again nor recommending them to others.
