Tell me one good thing about the franchise Justin. First of all he up charged for closets and passage. Secondly he did not remove any carpet stains, beside vacuum and hot water spray nothing was done. Thirdly his attitute issue.
Lastly the customer service who was only repeating that they are only call center and only franchisee can help.

Have carpet cleaners where booties on their shoes or be trained to take off shoes. Technician took off shoes after I asked him to. Other services I have used do this automatically.
