My carpet was not cleaned properly it is now not only still wet but sticky and milduing. I have had to keep my air conditioner banned indoors open all weekend to try to dry it but it has still not dry the areas by the doors are still sopping wet I understand that my carpet was not in great condition but I did expect for it to come out in better condition than the way it was when it went in I tip the guy $27 without even checking the work because I was in a hurry to get to my job I could have done a better job myself renting a $30 steam vac from Home Depot Not only was he late but she spent a total of maybe 30-45 minutes at the most how you can make is right is to refund my money so I can hire somebody that's going to do the job right to come in and clean my carpet properly I am a single mother with five children and I don't have the money to just throw away I trusted that the guy did a good job that's why I tipped him the way I did without even verifying his work but I am extremely disappointed AB. - Weatherford, TX - 05/27/2019

Today was the second time I have used Oxifresh services, same technician both times (Matt). Have to say I have never been more impressed with quality of service and professionalism of technician on both occasions. Carpet looks GREAT! Thank you Oxifresh for providing what you advertise.
