The carpets all looked great, but be aware, this is surface cleaning only. If you want deep cleaning go elsewhere. The carpets dried quickly, less than an hour. I suspect this was due to very little amount of solution that is used. I believe less than a gallon of solution was used for my three rooms. I explained that I had a puppy who was only recently house broken and I had several places where there was traces of urine that I could not get up. I asked if they used an enzyme that would neutralize the problem. I was told yes. However, a black light revealed that none of the spots were neutralized. Also, be aware that the coupons don’t work. There is a coupon for whole house at $168. I was charged over $240 for just three small rooms. The tech (Wyatt) was polite and efficient, unfortunately the results were less than desirable. Don’t expect deep cleaning from this process.
