The friendly, professional nature of Jackie; our Oxi Fresh technician. She was very punctual, arriving for our appointment time early. Once here, she explained the process to us very clearly, answered some questions we had, and also provided us with additional information that allowed us to add more services to our original order (cleaning of (2) medium area rugs). She was very efficient and did excellent work. If all of your technicians are like Jackie, you will be providing cleaning services for this area for a very long time. Excellent job, excellent job, excellent job is all we have to say.

Our technician was wonderful. She had great communication leading up to our appointment, thoroughly explained the process, everything looks great, and shared the business information again at the end in case we had any issues. This is our third or fourth time using the company and are always pleased.
