We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning that Monty did for us, particularly on the high traffic areas. It made a tremendous difference. He also gave us great tips on its care the future. I was very pleased with my service. Our service was initially cancelled due to weather. Kari immediately rescheduled when the weather was better. She kept us updated via text and phone calls. She was wonderful to talk to on the phone. Our technician Monty was equally professional and friendly. His knowledge about his industry is underpasses. It was a pleasure having him into our home. After the cleaning he welcomed us “to the family” - and I understand why. I’ve found my carpet cleaners for life! Outstanding service unsurpassed quality!
