The representative showed up on time and was very courteous. My carpet was very old and stained from use. The representative explained the process and described the expected result of the cleaning, given the condition of my carpet. After the carpet dried, it looked better than I had expected.
The one negative is that the company does not typically vacuum the carpet prior to cleaning it. They ask the customer to vacuum before their arrival. Their process is supposed to "lift out" all the old dirt that has accumulated over the years so maybe that is why they don't vacuum before cleaning.
Overall, I was very pleased with the result.

Travis, the service man, was prompt, courteous, and honest. He listened to our needs and didn't try to sell us extra services we didn't ask for. I would recommend him and this group in a heartbeat.
