Guy was awesome that came out really nice but compared to our old carpet cleaners the machines used are a joke. I don't feel like my carpet was cleaned at all. Last carpet company had a huge van and powerful water jets/vacuum. You sprayed something by hand lightly used what looked like a vacuum but wasn't and the carpet was dry in 3 to 4 hours. One tried someone new because the last company doesn't cover the area we moved to. Your technician was great though. Upgrade your carpet cleaning equipment. If it wasn't so expensive we would call another place and have them come clean it.

I couldn't be at my house during the carpet cleaning because I had some errands to tend to. I called them to let them know that I couldn't be there and they called me when they arrived and before they left. When I got home, my carpet looked amazing and smelled so clean and fresh. We have a dog that had a lot of accidents during the potty training process, and they got out all the stains. I'm so impressed and happy with their service and professionalism. I will use them again!
