I couldn't be at my house during the carpet cleaning because I had some errands to tend to. I called them to let them know that I couldn't be there and they called me when they arrived and before they left. When I got home, my carpet looked amazing and smelled so clean and fresh. We have a dog that had a lot of accidents during the potty training process, and they got out all the stains. I'm so impressed and happy with their service and professionalism. I will use them again!

Tech was punctual, courteous, and very professional! Cleaning service is amazing, never had carpets cleaned & look this good! I am extremely pleased wth the end results!

In all the years of having my carpets cleaned I have never had this bad of results as I did with this company. It literally looks like the guy just squirted the carpet with water. I asked him to use a spot remover solution on the dark spots and he said that he didn't have any with him. Really?! Why would he not have it with him?! I asked him to go over the carpets again, specifically the dark stains to see if he could get them out. He didn't.
On top of all of that, he dinged my baseboard in the hallway and scraped the paint off of it. He did not say anything to anyone either about doing it. I just noticed it after he left while I was inspecting the carpets.
I will never use this company again and will never recommend this company to anyone.
This was a big waste of my money.
