When I made the reservation for the service I stressed to the receptionist that I wanted steam cleaning that uses a hose. She acted confused and said she was not sure what kind of equipmeent they use.
The tech was as nice as one could expect, but in the end it was just a carpet shampoo and the final cost was about 50% more than the advertised price.
I only had a few areas in 2 rooms and I have had it cleaned 5 times before so I know what to expect.

Green products are used. Kevin and Conner provided excellent customer service and did an awesome job on my tile floors and couch. They were concerned for my carpets when cleaning and sealing the tile grout. They were professional, efficient and friendly.

I felt as if I was letting in an old friend. They were very respectful of myself and my home. Professional, prompt and polite. The cleaning itself was top notch. I will definitely use their services again.
