I had a great experience with Bruce at the San Marcos location. He was on time and got to work right away. We needed an old, very stained, and smelly carpet to look new again and he pulled it off. No more stains and it looks beautiful. I would definitely use them again!

Very nice people, terrible carpet cleaning. We had our carpets cleaned 2 months ago and when I had to spot clean an area today the water was completely brown. The technology obviously does not work. This is only 2 year old carpet and I vacuum two to three times weekly. After the treatment our carpets were stiff and crunchy like someone had put aqua net hairspray on them. Also, scheduled the service online and we were quoted $274. When they came to clean the carpets they charged us $524. They claimed that the online system did not charge properly. I had already done all of the prep to move furniture out of rooms, so we reluctantly agreed to the cost. The guy cleaning didn’t even move the light furniture that was in the room. He cleaned around everything. Your carpets may dry quickly, but they will not be clean! Please review Facebook reviews before you use this company. I don’t understand how they have so many bad reviews on FB, but 4.7 stars on this site.
