Oxi fresh cleaned my carpet this morning and left a HUGE buckle in the middle of the room.
I called assuming they would be a reputable company and make it right.
Instead, the very rude girl that answered told me that I needed to have the carpeting stretched and there was nothing they could do about it.
She also said it was totally fine with her if I leave a bad review

light colored carpeting.) We were talking about getting new carpeting. Then I read some reviews and looked at some pictures so I decided to try them. The poor guy had to groan inside when he looked at the mess (previously a bachelor pad). He was cheerful and a hard worker. When he was finished, it looked great. It dried pretty fast.
