The floor was still hazy and could have used another fresh water mopping. Some of the grout lines were still black. I was able to clean them with some Grout Eez and a toothbrush.

Quick!! Our guy was in and out in under and hour. The fact that he wasn't pumping our furniture full of water was a major plus. Very happy with the service that was provided and will be using again

Jack cleaned my recliners thoroughly and carefully, as if they were his own. He has cleaned rugs before for me in the past and I have always been more than pleased with his results.

I was not told that there was a limit to how many times y'all would "go over" a chair before I would have to pay for a second chair- even though it was just one. I was told, after it had already been done, that I would be charged for a second chair because it took the guy 4 times of "going over" it to get it cleaned. Then, on top of paying an extra $100 I wasn't expecting to have to, the job was not even completely finished because the guy "did the best [he] could do" but there was "still some cat urine in the chair." So I paid way more than was expected because I wasn't given essential information beforehand- even though I told him before he started that the reason it needed to be cleaned was due to cat urine and that would have been the perfect time to tell me about the extra charge, but he did not- and still do not have a urine free chair.
