I had fresh feces in one of the rooms that I had treated but not scrubbed. It smeared it so now it’s a huge stain. ???? Not sure you have equipment for a deep clean. Jacob the OxiFresh technician was a professional from the start of my first experience with the company. He was going to be late so approximately an hour before my appointment time he communicated this info. to me. Jacob explained the whole process to me and then began a two hour process of cleaning my carpet. The final product looked, and smelled terrific.
