The price my wife paid for our carpet to be cleaned was outrageously high. The guy that came to do our carpet was inappropriately looking at my wife's body and once I got home the house smelt like it had poison everywhere. We have children and my son has asthma that smell didn't go away until a whole day later, the floor was soft but now it's hard and dry from whatever he put on the floor.

Service....excellent. Establishing the order was pleasant. Because the person I spoke with was helpful and pleasant.
The person (Justin) who completed the cleaning was pleasant and professional.
Products...I really liked the fact that there was no strong cleaning odors. Also I was able to walk on my carpet immediately. My carpet is thoroughly clean.
I am well satisfied with the entire process and price. Also with the payment and receipt process.
