The technician was very polite and respectful and communicated well in explaining the process. While he elected to not use the spot kit, unfortunately the pet stains were too ingrained and although greatly reduced they were still visible. Oxifresh responded to my request and our doing a redo no charge with a guarantee the spots will be taken care of. That is true customer care.
