Rylie did a great job on our carpets! She got out about 95% of the spots and our carpeted rooms smell much cleaner!! The carpets look significantly better and it is really nice to not have so much water and wetness in the carpet. Thank you Tylie and OxiFresh!

My carpet did not come clean. That little like vacome cleaner he used. I could have used my kirkby. What happen to the big hose that was connected to the car. But you guy's can give me my money back. Thanks. Mrs. Carter.

I Am very disappointed. 4/8/2022 I had 2 rooms cleaned. Anfirst of all he came in with a machine. Like a vacuum cleaner/ Shampoo. My he was done so fast. Well that's because he just did a horroble job. It looks smeered. I don't have money to throw away. I would prefer to pay more to get a better cleaning. I have already contacted you. For him to come back and redue it. Which preferably i would like my money back. And go else where. And you guy's mention that the carpet drys in 1 hr. That's not true. My carpet is still wet. Please tell him donot put all that water on my carpet this time. Or better yet. It would be greatly appreciated if i can get my money back. In cash just like i paid for it. It's been 9hrs carpet still damp.
