Israel was wonderful we had just closed on our house that morning and had him scheduled for 2 PM to clean the carpet. The electric company turned on the electricity at a different address so they got me rescheduled for 330 which was perfect. Israel did a fantastic job and suggested that we get it done again in 3 to 4 or six months due to it never having been cleaned very satisfied with his services.

The carpet looked fantastic. Appointment the next day. Israel the technician was a very polite and friendly. He was a pleasure to talk with. We will definitely use Oxi Fresh again.
