Our Five-Step Process
We follow a proven five-step process at every cleaning that allows us to consistently replicate quality time and time again.
Step 1: We start every cleaning with an inspection. Your technician will search for heavy soiling, as well as for damaged areas they need to be careful with.
Step 2: Areas that are extra filthy will be treated with an enzyme-powered pretreatment formula, which attacks dirt at the molecular level.
Step 3: Now our core cleaning solution will be used everywhere. This product contains an oxygenated booster that breaks down dirt, and an encapsulator that traps it in tiny crystals so it can’t reattach to the carpet fibers.
Step 4: Our OF1000 carpet-cleaning machine will then be used to extract grime from the floors. The OF1000 has dual, counter-rotating brushes that dive deep into the carpet fibers to remove soiling.
