I wanted spot cleaning and the technician cleaned the areas I asked him to and took off a love seat, but I was charged more than I felt comfortable paying.

My daughter was at the house when they came to clean (she is 20), so I did not see it before he left. He told me that all the stains came out, but when I got home the worst stain in the middle of the carpet was still CLEARLY there. Also, we paid for deodorizing, but the same odor remains in the room. It isn't awful, but it does not seem to be any different.

A dog had an accident on my carpet Friday. The carpet was supposedly cleaned on Saturday. Nope!! It smells awful and the carpet still has stains. There is also a place on the wall in my front bedroom that the paint has been scraped off. My armoire also has a chuck out of it. I’m not happy about my wall and armoire for sure.
However, my bedroom reeks now that your company has been here. I should not have to get a steam cleaner of my own to rectify this situation. I would like this taken care of immediately. I can’t even enter the room because if the smell!!!!
