DO NOT book with them , they will keep rescheduling your appointment! I called and had an appointment set up for Thursday, October 7th at 10 am. They called me THAT MORNING to let me know that I needed to reschedule because their technician had a family emergency. We reschedule for their next availability which wasn’t until Tuesday, October 12th… only for them to call me today, THE DAY BEFORE to tell me that they need to reschedule my appointment ONCE AGAIN due to a schedule conflict! This is very unprofessional especially when I had to call in late for work to accommodate them coming to clean my stairs and couch! TERRIBLE!! QA. - Katy, TX - 10/11/2021

The work done was great! I can still smell the funky odor in one room left behind from a visiting pet.... smells like urine. I was hoping with the additional enzyme treatment, it would be all gone. The other areas are fine. LR. - Katy, TX - 06/21/2021

Have used your service probably 4 times in the past. Today’s cleaning was most disappointing. Other technicians were able to clean high traffic areas and at least coffee stains.
