My technician was Flavio Ferreira. He gave a heads up prior to arrival. Arrived promptly and went straight to work. The quality of his work was perfect. My carpets and spotless, the odors gone, and the sofa is looking like new. He did an amazing job and was cheerful and well mannered. I couldn't be happier. KB. - 07/11/2019
