The technician ciild have had everything needed and finish the job in one trip. He would have walked out if I didn’t have an awesome experience with Oxi Fresh and KNEW the stain could be taken out. It was upon my insistence that he said he didn’t have the stain removing kit, because it was on short order, and he didn’t know when it would be available… He came back the next day and finish the job. Short supply??? Sure.
I will still use Oxi Fresh, BUT never with this particular franchise again.

I wasn’t impressed with how clean the carpets got. He worked hard on trying to get out some tough stains, but the carpet didn’t come out as bright as I thought they should have.
