We got the extra cleaning and deodorizing service, but we still noticed a lot of smells that didn't seem to go away. I was disappointed that the dark patches didn't improve as much as I thought they would have with an Oxi product. The salesperson mentions that it "goes down three layers" into the carpet, but I still wonder if we would have had a better experience with a steam cleaner. JM. - Dallas, TX - 12/30/2020
