Technician was very competent and professional.
I didn't like the credit card fee I was charged. If I was told prior to service I would've chose a company that didn't charge credit card fee.

Had 2 ladies come out to clean some spots on the carpet in my sons room, the stairs and my area rug and all the spots cane out!! Carpet looks wonderful. They were done within an hour and a half and did a great job! Would highly recommend next time anyone is looking for someone to clean their carpet!
