The carpet wasn't cleaned thoroughly and I was charged by my apartment complex for a replacement. A partial reimbursement or full refund would make things right.

The service was very prompt and easy to schedule. Cleaning was very satisfactory as there was a stain that had not been able to come out with other carpet cleaning companies. Will definitely use again in the future.

Great customer service. Once the cleaning was done I was amazed at how the sofa looked brand new. It ended up much better than I imagined.
