The carpet was cleaned really nice, took all the stains right away. The only downfall was the person was not very careful with the baseboards and now I have to hire someone to repair them

Your guys did use water to wash the area carpets, they sprayed some chemical on them, so my mom was disappointed, because how are the wash she asked, and they didn't ask to move what was on them, so they just cleaned around it.
