My carpet is old, well walked including several pets and their accidents But all one hasta do is call Oxi Fresh and in less than 3 hours I had all the unsightly stains vanished and the carpet was appealing to the eye. And believe me this is carpet from 1996. I have had fun walking on clean carpet that has been raised and like new,

I paid to have a room deodorized after a pet accident in the room… 5 days later my dog pooped in the exact same spot in the room. I am disappointed that the deodorizing process did not remove all the smells from the carpet. Do you stand behind your product and process?

Don't just use the machine that do the top of the carpet and charge me 140.73 .I just got it cleaned Saturday, the 19 and it is still the same. It looks like you just vacuum my floor. Maybe I use you again

Didn’t clean the area close to my dresser and didn’t get some of the breastmilk stains off couch which I can remove with my hand held carpet cleaner - I have pictures.
