We posted a glowing review the first cleaning we had done by Oxifresh. Now, I am preparing to move and wanted the carpeting to look nice, so scheduled another clean. This time, I was NOT impressed. The tech spent more time chatting and looking around than cleaning, and after he left I made the mistake of not inspecting his work for a few days (busy packing and moving things). When I did go through the cleaned areas, some were OK but the stairs and runner area did not look as if they had been touched, except that I could see where dirty water had run down the face of the stairs so the edges looked gross. I have called several times, but have gotten no response from the franchise owner. My daughter recently died, my Mom is in hospital, I am moving and I don't have time for this crap.

Technicians arrive on time
We have white carpet and it always looks great after cleaning
I love that carpets are not waterlogged.
