I had an appointment Thursday, April the 1st. When Anthony came out and cleaned my carpet, it was still wet when he left and I returned to work. After I got home that afternoon, I looked at my carpet and it looked as if the dirt was still there. He mentioned that they were places that he couldn't get to because his machine was to big. I took pictures and called your office and the young lady scheduled me for a redo for today, Friday, April 9th. I spoke with my husband to ask what Anthony had done, because he hadn't been there long enough to clean my carpet. Anthony arrived at 11:14 and left at 11:42. He said that Anthony came in with a spray bottle and a brush. I spoke with Anthony and he said something about high traffic areas and the process that is used only lightens up the carpet, not much can be done about the high traffic areas. I have never heard that in my life. I had family come in last weekend for Easter and they couldn't believe that my carpet had been cleaned. My carpet is barely 3 years old and I have always used professional carpet companies This is the first time I have every had issue with carpet cleaning.
I gave a chance to make it right and it did not happen. I will take the financial loss and have the company that I previously used come in and professionally clean my carpet next week. I will never use your company again
