A tenant moved out of an office space that hasn’t been renovated in many years. The carpet is probably more than 20 years old. They used to bring their dogs in to the office so there were many stains. I only hoped to clean it as a temporary solution. I didn’t have high expectations. However Oxy Fresh did such a great job I’m confident that I can keep this carpet a little while longer. There are no more pet smells and every stain is gone that they said they could remove.
