Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Young people on the office phones seem to have no concept of customer urgency or any urge to problem solve. It is like the customer is a bother. Zero care about customers.....Schedule for our cleaning was a mess and despite calling 2 or 3 times it seemed to be our problem. Never heard from the tech who was suppose to call us? The general atmosphere is pass the buck to someone else and maybe the customer won't call back. The young lady in the office said a manager owner would call us....did not happen'

Didn’t actually book us on the day you said you did. Showed up almost half hour late. Then the next day the house smelled awful and keep getting worse. We had to hire another company to come clean the carpets
