Friendly service and fair price. When they left, my carpet was not nearly as damp as it was with the last company I used. They also removed a stain I had tried unsuccessfully to treat on my own. I will use Oxi Fresh again!

Patrick was super nice, knowledgeable and friendly, but the job took much longer than it should have due to socializing and up selling. I booked the basic cleaning for $138 and Patrick persuaded me to get the stain treatment and odor destroyer due to pets in the house. The total cost was $403. He told me it would take less than an hour to do the work but he was there for 2.5 hours. Given that, he did say that he put extra product on, which may have accounted for a few extra minutes. However, even the up-sells and extra product still didn't completely destroy the odor. The carpet did dry quickly, though, which was a positive.
