The young guy you sent out work hard and he did his best. The problem is this When I spoke with your representative I asked very simple question will this process neutralize pet orders and she assured me it would. It’s probably 20 percent better maybe, This cost me 6 hours taking stuff out of the room and than putting it back. I work from home there were maybe 3 spots on the carpet that were soiled the carpet is new. You misrepresented your product and did not produce the results you promised. You can’t give me back the 5 hours I wasted and at some point in the near future I get to go through this process again with a company that’s reputable.

The technician was very responsive to my stain concerns, and is the first company to get them all clean!! The house smells fresh again (we had guest pets that left some marks).
