The person who cleaned my carpet was super nice and he had great customer service. I am just not satisfied with my carpet cleaning. It looked fine after he was done, but I thought the carpet was dark because it was damp/wet but it seems as though the carpets were not cleaned well. Later the next day I had to clean up a dog mess and the section I cleaned was brighter than the rest of the carpet. Though the pee smell was gone, it smelt a bit dingy as well. Last year when my carpets were cleaned by a different conpany, the carpets were brighter and there was a fresher smell for at least a week. In conclusion, the carpets were not fully cleaned.
