New employee cleaned carpet, and it was not good. He was sent back out to make it right. It was better than the first time for sure, but after just one day the spots are back. Most of them are just dirt from high traffic. The company we usually use is able to clean the carpet to where there is only a couple permanent stains(red dye) and it stays clean for weeks or longer. My sister manages properties and uses oxi fresh and convinced me to switch, but I am not impressed and even she said something isn’t right. But I requested someone that knows what they are doing come back the second time but I was told the guy that cleaned it would be talked to and would get it right the second time. If the service is as good as I’m told it is I would love to continue to use it, but from what I have seen it is not. CW. - Amarillo, TX - 01/20/2023

Israel is a very kind, bright, and hard working young man. He informed us of the cleaning technology used. He did a really great job! Very professional! Carpet dark marks are gone!
