I scheduled cleaning on Monday of Thanksgiving week for sofa, loveseat, bedroom, landing and stairs. Furniture came out okay, but the carpet looked as if they used water only. (I had cleaned one bedroom upstairs with my own stand up cleaner and you could definitely see that the bedroom was MUCH cleaner than the landing!) Spoke with local owner (?) and was told someone would call me back the next day to schedule a full house cleaning at no charge for the following week. No call. I called owner (?) back and left message. Again, no call. For the life of me, I don't understand how they have such a high rating. Will not use again, nor do I recommend them. This is the second time I've used OxiFresh. The first time them did all the carpeting in the house, and this time just the master bedroom and 3 area rugs. They did an excellent job both time. They kept me posted on when they would arrive, and it was veery close to the time I selected. The people, both times, were very professional and pleasant to deal with. One of the things I really like about OxiFresh is the carpets are not left wet where it takes a day to dry, they are usually dried in a few hours so that furniture could be moved back. Highly recommend OxiFresh for your next cleaning. I just found out this last time that they do hardwood floors and furniture cleaning. SM. - Goose Creek, SC - 11/12/2022
